Refund policy

at this time, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on most orders. we will gladly offer item exchanges up to 30 days for an in-stock item if the item is ordered in an incorrect size or color. if you have received a shipment from savior by mistake, received an incorrect order, or a product is missing and/or seriously defective, please contact us here.
