Shipping policy

all items are premade in limited quantities. please allow 7-14 days for shipping and handling following your order, or 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items if specified. once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address and/or phone number associated with the order. please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.

international orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees, which is the responsibility of the customer. please allow 10-25 days for your order to arrive once shipped depending on where the order is shipped to. savior can only ship to approved countries or territories.

savior is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as the customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. further, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. customers are responsible for reshipment fees if the incorrect address was provided. address changes can be made using our contact form if the order has yet to be shipped. if issues arise with your package, please contact usps to locate the package or file a lost package report.
